Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at: TheAutographConcierge@Gmail.com. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. All items returned (for any reason) must be sent with delivery confirmation and insurance for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned.

Damages & other issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, has been damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right for you.


Exchanges 

Exchanges can be made by returning your purchase and then purchasing the new product, after your prior purchase has been received.


Refunds 

You will receive email notification once we’ve received and inspected your return. At that point, we will let you know if your refund request or exchange request is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and clear the refund.
