As of May 2025, The Autograph Concierge has a new send-in address! Please make a note of which address to use, which is based on your chosen shipping service.
If sending via USPS:

Please note: For UPS or FedEx packages, the address must include the “#” symbol and the number after it. Do not use “Apt” or “Suite”, use only the “#” symbol & number.
